Just got back from the dealer. Looks like they had to replace the passenger side temperature door actuator. Part was $188. Labor was $308.

On a side note, the guy scratched the leather on the steering wheel in two places. Right at the twelve o'clock and 10 o'clock positions. I would have run it right back, but had to meet the wife after I left the dealership and had no way to let her know I would be delayed. Talked to the service advisor already to let him know, so next time I can get back there I will see what they can do with it.

Also had the low note horn replaced, as mine wasn't working, but as far as I can tell, it sounds exactly the same to me.
