Make the stop, issue the warning and see what else you find while there

DL check, tag check, warrant check, maybe even a quick safety check while I have your attention....see where this can go?

But you can not get a "speeding" ticket for < than 5 mph over the posted limit!

Period.

Except in School or Construction zones! In which case the fines are doubled!
