Hi Folks,
I never thought I would be doing this, but I'm looking to leave the C4 family because of a disability and it is getting increasing harder to climb in and out of the cock pit. So I have begun the search for a C6 that is easier to get into and out of. So I my 90 Vert that I have owned for 15 years is up for sale to a person that will care about here as much as I do.
If you are looking for a stock C4, go elsewhere. This one has a lot of tasteful bells and whistles.
She has 38,000 on the clock. I'm asking $7,900. Everything works on her to my knowledge. If it was broke I got her fixed.
Here is what she has:
Engine- Stock L98 with ATI Procharger 600B
- Belt System from Greg @ Blower Works
- Methanol Injection System (no intercoolers)
- 52mm Throttle Body
- Siamese Runners
- 1.6 Full Roller Rockers
- Full length Hooker Headers
- True dual exhausts with twin hi-flow Cats and FlowMasters
- PowerMaster Alternator
- Dewitts Radiator
- 30lb Bosche-3 Injectors
- Custom Tuned by forum member MSeven
- Moates Ostrich
Drive Train- 4 Speed auto quick shift tranny built by Mad Dog
- 3.73 rear end
- Grand Sport Brakes with GM carbon pads (no dust)
- Excellent rubber on the tires
Driver Amenities- Kenwood DNX6140 with Garmin GPS, Bluetooth ADSP, DVD/CD/USB, HD-FM and Iphone Plug in
- ST960 Push-to-Start with two way alarm
- Auto windows up and down tied into alarm
- Robbins rag top with glass conversion and replaced weatherstripping.
- R&D Racing cross bar
- DEFI Hud
- Accel Boost Gauge and Accelerometer mounted on pillar
- Innovate wide band O2 Gauge
- Most exterior light converted to LED, fogs were converted to HID.
Car also has these stock features- FX3 Suspension
- C68 auto climate control
- Sports Seats - leather is original but excellent condition. No ware, tares, or wrinkles.
- Paint is original but in good shape with the requisite number of rock chips for 20 year old paint. Passes the 5 foot walk around test.
- Fiberglass has only one small (3/4") stress crack on convertible lid deck where the top locks into the deck. No other fiberglass problems.
- AC is ice cold and was converted to R134.
A few other comments. She was always garage kept. Never raced even though it has all the goodies. No problem taking her on very long trips. Also, she will NOT overheat even with 100 degree Florida inferno stuck in Orlando traffic with the AC on.
I also have about two telephone book size folders with all the documentation on the car, sales brochures, receipts, build sheets, etc.
There are probably dozens of other items I am forgetting about, not to mention normal maintenance and repairs done to her over the years. If you buy her bring a truck because I have an attic full of original parts and spare parts that go with her. She is a dependable car, she never ever left me stranded. I really don't want to sell her and am regretting typing this.
Email me: FlameRed at cfl.rr.com or PM or post here.
I reserve the right to pull this listing if I sell her on other venues or if I cannot find a C6 that suits me. Please don't ask me to sell parts off of her - I would rather keep her than see her torn apart.
