Default Manifold to transmission outlet help?

Hello, I just got back from a short drive and I noticed that my auto transmission was reving up to 3800 rpms before shifting to the next gear and was doing it really hard, when I got home and checked the oil and it read ok, then I found....

There is an outlet screwed on to the manifold infront of the distributor that has 3 hoses attached to it. The middile one of which attaches to a metal line and goes down into the transmission area is broken at the base. I know that it probably is the vacuum that makes the tranny shift but I have no idea what it's called and can't find the part any where online or in my chilton manual.

Any help will be appreciated... thanks J.
