Enrollment in HMOs grew 3 percent in South Florida in 2012, although most of that wasnt in commercial health plans.New data from the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation shows 1.54 million people in South Florida were signed up for HMOs on Dec. 31, up from 1.54 million a year earlier.
