CorvetteFlorida and Corvettes Anonymous Members,
I talked to Tom (MM-C5) today and he said that he was alright. He said that a few shirts and a few hats got wet, but that everything else EXCEPT the Corvettes Anonymous tent was dry and clean. The tent got trashed by the storm, and will have to be replaced, but since he was "anal" (his words by the way), and packaged everything up in individual plastic bags and then into lockable plastic bins, he made out quite well considering how bad the storm was. He said that there were some people injured at the show site, and that a lot of people were hit much worse than he was. He said that one person was trying to leave the show site, and had a tree fall on the front of his C3 while he was leaving, and had to be transported to the hospital because of injuries. Tom called me from his car and said that he made it out of Carlisle this morning OK. He probably won't be back online until after he gets home. He has a couple of side trips going on, and hopefuly will be back home sometime this coming weekend.
