Hello from Canada
Hello from Ancaster, Ontario, about a 30 minute drive (on a good day) west of Toronto.
Thought I'd join because after the winter we had I felt it might be nice to find out a bit more about your state and spend a month or two there next winter.
My ride is a 2004 Artic White convertible with a few mods. It should be back on the road by the end of the month, really looking forward to putting a big grin back on my face.
Cheers
Wayne

Welcome to the site! I presume it was weather conditions preventing you from driving your car through the Winter months..... Looks like it has been pretty rough up north.

Correct, what with the limited clearance and road salt I store the car from sometime in November until as early as possible in March.
We still got a lot less snow than the Maritimes or Boston, in fact snow in December here has become a bit of a rarity, most Christmases are green with the bulk of the bad weather in Jan/Feb.
March is always a month of transition. The good side is a lot of the cars here are low mileage. When I got my C5 from the original owner he had only put on 3,00km a year (1,800 miles). I don't keep mine as a garage queen and drive it as much as possible when the weather improves, top down most of the time.

Yeah, right now it's 84 degrees here in north Florida. Shorts and sleeveless T-shirt weather.

Thanks for the warm welcome, currently 2c (about 35f) and a light rain. Between birthdays, knee operations (grandson) and other family commitments I hope to have the car on the road by this Friday. I'll post a pic or two when that happens.

![Welcome](images/smilies/welcome.gif) to the forum. We don't deal with snow but we sure deal with the notorious love bugs in April and May. ![Shrug01](images/smilies/shrug01.gif)
Winter in Florida for you would feel like paradise. Give it a try.
