We bought this C7 just prior to moving to the Florida Keys. Life in the Keys is amazing but with our speed limits and traffic I simply can’t enjoy the car as it should be driven. It has become our date night car but I think I have only put on a thousand miles since we bought it. The previous owner really babied the car. And, while I don’t own any New Balance shoes or jean shorts, I have done the same.
Oil and filter have been changed every 5,000 miles or once a year if driven less and the car has been kept on a battery tender and under a cover in our garage.
The prior owner Plastidipped the emblems and mirrors black. My wife calls it the Tuxedo car. These can obviously be returned to stock appearance with ease. He also replaced the stock front grille with the Z06 version. These are the only changes from stock.
Flaws:
Some small rock chips on the front bumper
Curb rash on passenger side rear wheel (picture attached)
Leather on center console armrest is slightly wavy but not worn
Plastidipped mirrors look good but could be redone if the next owner prefers to retain this look.
Tires and brakes are in good condition. I love the black wheels but definitely not the brake dust. I bought new Powerstop ceramic brake pads for front/rear but have not installed them and they will come with the car. Also includes the original front grille, both key fobs, and a very nice car cover. I have a clean, clear Florida title in my name.
