Well, had it for a month or so. It's the Sony H5. 7.2mp with 12x optical zoom. One of the coolest features is the smart zoom. I can change the picture to 5mp, 3mp, 2mp or 1mp. It will then zoom 14x, 18x, 22x and 57x respectively. This is a shot at 1mp with 57x zoom. Pretty cool!

Actually that is a damned nice shot!

I remember one time seeing a guy trying to take photos of the moon and he was using his flash. :lmao: I didn't have the heart to tell him.......

What did you do, mount your disposable camera to the Cassini spacecraft as it flew by Saturn? Wow! :lmao:

BTW, this same camera that I bought for $499 (I did get 10% off though) was $359 this week in either Best Buy or Circuit City's advert this past week. Just a thought.
 
I’ve been doing some camera research but I just need to get out there and get one. :grd:

The digital one I’ve got now is crap. It’s part of my video camera. The video cam works great but as for a pic it’s crappy. :bang:

I hate paying retail for anything. I’m always looking on the net for a good deal or some type of sale. Maybe I’ll get lucky and find an awesome cam for $200 :champagne:
 
I've been happy with the Fuji Pro series. Bought an S1 a while back and more recently got the S3 model. The great thing about them is that they are a SLR configuration and use my Nikon lenses. Before I got into digital I made up my mind I was just NOT going to discard all those Nikon lenses I have purchased over the years. Of course, now I have my Nikon N90s 35mm which just sits gathering dust. Can't see any reason to go back to film for any reason.

No problem. I have a few pictures that are a bit further away buy higher resolution if you want them. 2mp, 3mp, 5mp and 7mp.
 
Thanks for the offer but I've aleady used this one and it was perfect for my needs. I'm always "borrowing" images for this and that :hehehe:
