• Got the Contributing Memberships stuff finally worked out and made up a thread as a sort of "How-To" to help people figure out how to participate. So if you need help figuring it out, here's the thread you need to take a look at -> http://www.corvetteflorida.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3581 Thank you, everyone! Rich Z.

:lmao: Yeah but that would be a shortlived problem with a little midnight application of RoundUp.......

Homeowner's Association...Don't get me started. Now I know how to trim my hedges to express my feelings about the neighborhood lawn monitors.

BTW, they hate my oil drips more than the crabgrass. I want to scream, "Hey, Back off! That car is a 25 years old classic! (I think oil still smells better than brake fluid, but transmission fluid is the prettiest overall. I have no opinion on water, my radiator doesn't currently leak) One day I will fix them all and the association won't have anything to complain about for a month or so.

Thanks for letting me vent.

Man, I had an association to deal with when I lived in Maryland. They would have eaten me alive if they had known I had 400 snakes in my basement! I had to live in FEAR of such a thing in my own home. When I decided to move to Florida, I knew darn right well that I was NOT going to put up with that sort of thing ever again. I made sure I got enough acreage and had it zoned as agricultural so I can more or less do what I want here. I can even take my guns out and shoot all I want on my own property. If I can see you from my house, you are trespassing.

All in all, it's a good thing. All the neighbors know I have snakes and I have guns. They just don't mess with me...
