• Got the Contributing Memberships stuff finally worked out and made up a thread as a sort of "How-To" to help people figure out how to participate. So if you need help figuring it out, here's the thread you need to take a look at -> http://www.corvetteflorida.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3581 Thank you, everyone! Rich Z.

This will get your blood boiling....

The same people who would say that something like that could never happen in these great United States, are the same who would say that their guns are safe from government confiscation.

I hope the victim gets from his lawsuit what he deserves, and I hope the cops, doctors, DA and the hospital get what they deserve.

I agree. But not having been there, I don't know what is missing from the storyline. Based on my experience there is usually two stories and the truth, which lies somewhere in the middle. If the officers presented probable cause to the Judge and he signed off on it, where does the liability lie?
I've been involved in many traffic stops with positive K9 alerts. We would search the vehicle and if nothing was found, so be it.
I've never heard of taking it to that extreme. Could it be a case of knowing this guy was a dealer and they were unable to catch him with the goods, so they decided to get revenge? In any event, he'll probably never have to work again.

Poor bastard........! They probably even refused to give him a copy of the
colonoscopy report. :D Hope he wins big time.
Andy :wavey:
