Intake Switch
Has anyone switched out there LS1 intake to an LS6. Just wondering if it is worth the cost for parts & labor the gain.

Rick, I read an article in either "Vette" or Corvette Fever" or some other rag about "swapping" intakes. I recall, other than the time it takes to remove the coils, and fuel lines and everything else on the top of your motor.... other than that, it is a fairly simple upgrade. But for the extra 10hp.... well, take a look at your engine and decide if you want to pay someone by the hour to remove and replace all that stuff.
If you were going to tear everything down and do a cam job or cam and heads, then it would be worth the effort.
Thats my .02

Yeah Rick, I agree with Joe. Is this a mod leading to another mod, etc? What's your ultimate goal or long range plan here?
